No — this is a phone-first dialer. Add it to your home screen and it opens like any other app; there's nothing to install on a computer. You pick how calls connect: in-app (headset or speaker, screen on — with a built-in mic & speaker check in Settings so you can prove the headset works before the first dial), or ring my phone — the system calls your cell and connects the lead, so you get normal cellular call quality with no headset and no wifi. Your local business number still shows as the caller ID either way, and the live coaching runs in both modes. And your run follows you: start at your desk, pick your phone up in the car, and you land on the same lead you left — not back at the top of the list, and never re-dialing someone you already worked. One honest caution: the coaching appears on your screen, so it's for when you can look at your phone — not while you're driving.

Yes — Maya as your AI receptionist is included. Flip "Maya answers my inbound calls" in your dialer's Settings and she picks up on your business line, qualifies the caller, and transfers hot ones straight to you — always, or only after hours, your choice. You hear about every one of them: she texts you what happened on each call — an appointment booked, a message taken, or just that she answered — and your Call tab shows how many she picked up for you that day. What's not included at $249 is Maya dialing out through your lead list unattended — that's the full-platform step-up.

Yes — one tap leaves your message and moves you to the next lead, so you never sit through a greeting. The voice is your choice: record your own by phone, or let Maya say it (she introduces herself as your assistant and gives your call-back number). Yes. Open Add leads → Transfer, pick the lead, then find the agent by name or NPN — you'll see who it is before anything moves, and you confirm. They can be anyone in your organization: your upline, someone you recruited, or a teammate in a different leg. It has to be a lead you own, and it stays inside your organization — you can give one away, never take one. Every transfer is recorded, so a move can always be traced and undone.

Your leads stay yours either way: Settings → Account → Export my leads downloads your whole book as a CSV any time, including every extra column that came in with your import. Nothing is deleted when you export, so if you come back later it is all still here.
